This time it was the proud city of Edinburgh who were laying the red carpet flat to the cobbles, as Graypaul Edinburgh organised a gathering of over 70 Ferraris in Holyrood Park, Broad Pavement, Queens Drive Edinburgh to celebrate a glorious 70 years of Ferrari success.
Sunshine, ice-cream and the obligatory prawn sandwiches were the order of the day as the flag waving crowd, overlooked by the famous Crags’ of Arthurseat and within the proximity of Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament, did their utmost to lip-sing the Italian anthem between the hours of 14:00 – 18:00 August 8th 2017.
As the bells rang out at 18:00, it was the seductive and sensuous lines of the LaFerrari Aperta that headed the affluent motorcade through the willing streets of Edinburgh, beginning with a jaunt past the Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile.
The Italian cavalcade included various super-cars, such as the Dino, LaFerrari, F12tdf, and even the 328 GTB that famed good looking detective Magnum PI throughout the eighties.
