Lamborghini celebrates the 50th anniversary of the legendary Espada with a trip to the capital.
Lamborghini delivered an iconic 1976 Espada Series III to London, as the trip down memory lane began its first leg.
Owned by the Museum of Sant’Agata, chassis no.9090 made its first stop at Pall Mall, the historic headquarters of the Royal Automobile Club (RAC), which was founded in 1897 and is widely considered one of cradles of English motoring.
The Italian Beauty was proudly showcased in the legendary “Rotunda”, the entrance hall of the Club where the most important cars in history have been exhibited.

From Pall Mall the Espada then made its way to the famous Abbey Road, where in the month of August, some 50 years previously, the legendary ‘hey Jude’ Beatles song was engraved at the Abbey Studios.
Paying careful attention to the traffic, the Espada was carefully placed on the pedestrian crossing in front of the recording studios for a well earned photo-shoot.
