Christmas is a time for giving and Automobili Lamborghini have released their latest seasonal video which brings a smile and even a tear to the eye.

This year’s video edition in the series of #RealLover, follows the extremely talented Sterling Backus and his 12-year-old son Xander, who for the last two years have been implementing a 3D printer to replicate the incredible Lamborghini Aventador SV in their garage in Erie, Colorado, USA.

Following a long night and some help from the Italian marque, Christmas morning arrives. Opening the garage door, father and son find a real, black Aventador S instead of their replica and are even allowed to drive the vehicle for a few days and enjoy their very personal Lamborghini experience.

Katia Bassi, Chief Marketing and Communication Officer of Automobili Lamborghini:
“Automobili Lamborghini is fundamentally against any kind of counterfeiting. However, the story of such an authentic passion deserves to be told. That is why we selected Sterling and Xander’s project for our Christmas video 2019.”

Last year’s video told the story where children were the stars in the search for the “Real Lamborghini Lover”, has now been viewed 24 million times on Lamborghini’s social media channels since its release.
