Lotus will unveil its final combustion engined ‘Emira’ production car tomorrow 6 July prior to being showcased at the forthcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed later this week…
The eagerly anticipated ‘Emira’ which translates to commander or prince will lose its tightly wrapped covers live online at www.lotuscars.com and on Lotus’ YouTube and Facebook channels from 7.30 pm BST on Tuesday 6 July 2021.
Lotus’s first all-new series-production car in 12 years will be an all-new mid-engined premium sports car built in a new factory at Hethel, Norfolk. The site has been rejuvenated as part of a £100millon investment in the company’s UK operations.
The platform will be both ‘flexible and modular’ and that the first car based on it will be an exciting new sports car icon for the Lotus brand and the same weight as our latest combustion engine sports cars
To find out more you can join Matt Windle, Managing Director, Lotus Cars, and special guests for the world premiere of the all-new Lotus Emira. The event will be broadcast live online at www.lotuscars.com and on Lotus’ YouTube and Facebook channels from 7.30 pm BST on Tuesday 6 July.
