The Lancaster Classic Motor Show returns to Birmingham NEC this weekend with a power-packed entertainment schedule from Friday 8th – Sunday 10th November.
A staggering 3000 classic vehicles will be heading towards the midlands as the UK’s largest indoor motor show will once again begin a three-day classic motoring ‘season finale’ at the Birmingham NEC.

Classic Motor Show Live Stage
As ever the crowd-pleasing Live Stage will see a classic line-up of TV celebrities and motoring icons including Wheeler Dealer’s Mike Brewer, Goblin Works Garage team, Paul Cowland and Drew Pritchard from Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars and British racing driver, Jason Plato all gracing the Hall five podium over the weekend’s activities.
Classic Car Clubs
There’s something for every enthusiast with 300 classic vehicle clubs attending the event. Each providing a wealth of knowledge and various stand showcases for visitors to investigate.
The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show, with Discovery also boasts the UK’s biggest indoor Autojumble with a haven of parts and spares for anyone working on their car, offering a mix of products and services.
Petrolhead heaven includes a deal for everyone including, specialist service providers, specialist products, accessories, books, pictures, paintings, brochures, badges and much more. The show unites huge numbers of UK and European companies and traders with over 650 trade stands for you to browse through and buy from for any conceivable products and services to the classic car owner and enthusiast.
Classic Motor Show Dealer Hall
A unique dealer hall brings together some of the UK’s leading classic car dealers offering a wealth of car marques for sale to suit all needs and pockets. From seasoned collectors to those looking to buy their first classic, visitors can find a fantastic mix of British, American and European cars on offer within the show’s Dealer Hall (Hall 3), creating the ultimate classic car showroom.
RAC Rally of the Tests
This year’s Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show is celebrating its 35th anniversary and will also include the exciting RAC Rally of the Tests taking place in one of the 7 show halls at the Birmingham NEC.
Cars and crews will compete in arguably one of the UK’s toughest events on an indoor course in one of the seven-show halls at the NEC arena Saturday 9 November 2019. An eclectic mix of classic and vintage vehicles will be battle it out to set the fastest time and ultimately lift the winner’s trophy as the chequered flag drop
As ever Silverstone Auctions will be offering some incredible classic car lots which this year will include 4 great Aston Martins at Birmingham NEC in their annual Classic Motor Show sale.
The impressive Astons will include one of the first of 49 DB2 Washboards, the iconic DB5 in Silver Birch that featured on the Royal Mail stamp, a significant and early 1984 V8 Vantage Volante and a stunning DB6.
It’s a big challenge but this year’s Practical Classics team reckon they can restore a 1974 Jaguar E-type Roadster Series III on the Live Stage at the forthcoming Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show.
The big cat in question is owned by Andy Waters who runs CBR Classic Restorations, a family run business that has been operating in the Cannock area for over 35 Years.
