Triumph Motorcycles Confirms Built In Britain At London Motor Show

Triumph Motorcycles are the latest addition to the popular Confused.com London Motor Show’s ‘Built In Britain’ feature, where it will showcase two stylishly crafted bikes from its modern classic range.

Last week it was Jaguar E-Type specialist Eagle that confirmed they would be bringing two of their finest examples to the capitals showcase feature

Thruxton 1200 R

The Leicester-based manufacturer will be displaying the beautifully imposing and iconically-styled Thruxton 1200 R – which is arguably the most thrilling and full-blooded sports classic motorcycle you can buy. The cafe racer is equipped to the highest specification with twin floating Brembo discs, Brembo monobloc calipers, Showa Big piston forks, Öhlins rear suspension and Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa tyres.

Parked alongside the Thruxton R will be the brand new Bonneville Bobber Black. After the Bobber became the fastest-selling motorcycle in Triumph’s 115-year history when it was launched in 2016, the company has taken the model to new heights to deliver a darker, meaner and stronger bike.

The all-new ‘Built In Britain’ feature will display the very best of British automotive manufacturing and motoring, with a host of vehicles from well-known brands, commemorating the nation where vehicle design and production all take place.
